Returns

We want you to love your pieces and understand it can be difficult to be certain with online purchasing. Therefore, we offer a refund, store credit or exchange for pieces that meet the below criteria:

  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund but may be returned for a store credit or exchange.
  • Items purchased through a promotion (i.e 15% off dresses) are eligible for a full refund. Promotional discounts will automatically apply at checkout but sale items will already have the discount on the product page.
  • The product must be received within 30 days of the purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached.
  • The Wardrobe does not cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If your item is deemed faulty, then we will offer a full refund and cover the cost of return shipping.

How to RETURN an item:

Returning is quick and easy! Simply, follow the steps below:

1. Lodge your return via RETURN PORTAL. Click here

2. Follow the prompts to complete the lodgement. You will need your order number, name on the order and name of the items you're returning.

3. Feel free to repack your items back in the original packaging.

4. Complete the returns form & include the completed returns form on the inside of your package.

5. Organise the shipment of your return using the courier of your choice at your cost

6. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will take 3 - 6 days for your return to be processed. After processing has completed, an email will be sent containing your store credit.

 

EXCHANGE

For any exchanges, please lodge them through the returns portal and email us as soon as possible so we can place the item on hold for you. The exchange will only be processed once we receive the product back and if it meets our return requirements, then we will send you the exchange garment.

Stock Availability:

We strive to keep our website as up to date as possible but in the event the item you've ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel or refund the item ordered that is unavailable.
